Why MCU let so many heroes died in Avengers:Infinity War?

DO NOT WATCH THIS ARTICLE IF YOU HAVE NOT GO TO THE THEATER AND WATCHED THE AVENGERS:INFINITY WAR.

AGAIN, SPOILERS AHEAD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SPOILED.

I am sure that you can not waiting to go to the theater and watch the Avengers:Infinity War . And how many heroes died in the film you could recall?

Here are the list that ‘died’ in the Avengers: Infinity War . Please note that I use the quote died because I think that the MCU would let half of the heroes die and we would not see those characters in the future.

Mantis

Star Lord

Spider-Man

Doctor Strange

Nick Fury (post-credits)

Maria Hill (post-credits)

Black Panther

Falcon

Winter Soldier

Scarlet Witch

Drax

Groot

Gamora

(I could not make the right order who died first)

Survivors include the following:

Black Widow

Nebula

Okoye

Rocket

Bruce/Hulk

Thor

Captain America

Iron Man

War Machine

I was really shocked after those heroes ‘died’ in the Avengers: Infinity War. The Doctor Strange’s death scene was filled more with mystery than emotion- which for me is the best way for his character to go out. After giving up the Time Stone to Thanos in order to “save Tony’s life,” he disintergrates with the other heroes, but not before telling Tony that “it was the only way.” Come on, we all know Doctor Strange is the key to stopping Thanos, as is Stark. He is allowing the one history where they win to play out as intended.

Gamora: Gamora’s death scene was so heartbreaking and emotional. We knew Gamora would play a big part in the film, she is the daughter of Thanos, however it was a truly gripping scene when she was murdered by Thanos’ hand. At the films beginning, when Gamora finds out it was Thanos who killed half of the Asgardians, she becomes reserved. Then, she makes Peter promise her that if it came down to it, he would kill her. Peter promises hesitantly. Gamora knew something Thanos didn’t, and she knew that if Thanos found out- it would mean the end of the universe. When Thanos does capture Gamora and they travel to Vormir to collect the Soul Stone, I loved the scene where Thanos hears he has to take someone he loves life to obtain the stone. He has a moment, and whilst Gamora (stupidly) thinks she is safe, as Thanos loves no one, Thanos eventually shocks Gamora by proving he does love her… in the most Thanos way. He throws her off a cliff. Whilst everyone was expecting a cutaway scene, before returning to see Gamora to be safeand hanging on the side of the cliff, no. We followed Gamora screaming and plunging to her death. It was emotional, surprising, and brilliantly acted by Saldana and Brolin and also helped develop Thanos’ character.

For the other heroes I would not say too much. It is really a pain when MCU let such a great heroes die in the film. But from the Avengers: Infinity War Part II I think that some of the important heroes should be back. The Avengers:Infinity War part II now is on shooting. I really can not wait to see that in 2019.
